The structure is made with prefabricated concrete. Prefabricated concrete implies less time of work for labor on the construction site, less wastage on the site construction and it responds to BR15 demands concerning fire and sound rating. The facade  is made of brick to reflect typical Danish building style. The project is located on Sonderbrogarde, a residential district. The plot is near the city center, school, shops, public transit and a church. We design a four multi-story building with a basement and one commercial. Two different types of apartment are proposed two-room apartments of 89.3m² or three-room apartments of 112.6m² in equals proportion and a penthouse on the top of the building. In order to facilitate mobility for occupants a car park is provided with some parking space reserved for disable people and also a bike parking.
