"Street art" - so street artistry is a term which is the main motto of the project. It was the street and its context that inspired the building's form.

This form is the result of street synthesis, and the arrangement comes from the analysis and indirect borrowing of elements such as: food-truck station, market, playground, park, open concert stages, promenades, school playgrounds, murals. The building is to be characterized by its flexibility and versatility. The construction of the building consists of prefabricated slabs, prefabricated columns and beams.
